Superb modern property in a prime location offers the perfect base for exploring Bristol and the surrounding areas. This 3 bedroom property is an ideal holiday home or contractors accommodation. Presented as fully-equipped in aspects to provide a home from home experience. The ground floor has a lounge living area at the front of the property with smart TV and conformable sofa. There is a sperate dining room which contains dining table & chairs The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need at this home from home including hob, oven, crockery, toaster, kettle, washer and dryer etc. There is a WC on the ground floor.

Upstairs the main bathroom contains a bath with shower, WC and basin. The 3 bedroom’s consist of 2 doubles and a single bedroom. Outside there is parking on the driveway at the front of the property At the rear there is a pleasant rear patio and large garden with garden furniture for you to relax outside. Well behaved dogs are welcome.

Transit

There is parking on the drive in front of the property and the street is free and unrestricted. You can catch the train from Temple Meads, Bristol’s central train station, which is a 15 minute drive or 45 minute walk away. There are regular buses that run along Bath Road to and from the Bristol or Bath city centre where you can catch onwards travel to any part of Bristol.
