A large, private retreat with a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, desk, and mini fridge—ideal for longer stays or added privacy.

Sitting Room / Optional Bedroom:
Super-comfortable L-shaped sofa bed and a dedicated work area. Use it as a lounge or convert it into an extra bedroom if needed.

Patio doors lead to a decked area, with steps down to the garden patio and private parking.

Transit

There is parking on the drive in front of the property and the street is free and unrestricted. You can catch the train from Temple Meads, Bristol’s central train station, which is a 15 minute drive or 45 minute walk away. There are regular buses that run along Bath Road to and from the Bristol or Bath city centre where you can catch onwards travel to any part of Bristol.
