Summary

Amber Suite is a fully serviced apartment providing everything you need for your stay; perfect for a holiday home or contractor’s accommodation. Situated on the first floor, it is suitable for individuals, couples, professionals or trades people for long or short stays. We are pet and child friendly but you will have to go down a flight of stairs to use the large shared garden area. A travel cot is available on request (we do NOT supply bedding for the travel cot).

The property is in the ideal location with plenty of local cafes, restaurants and bars on the local high street approximately a ten minute walk away. Birmingham City Centre is just a twenty minute drive away.

Space

Amber Suite is a 1 bedroom apartment which sleeps up to 3 guests on the first floor of the building providing you everything you need for your stay.

You have your own shower room with hand wash basin and toilet.
The open plan living area contains a sofa bed,(bedding stored in bedroom cupboard), television and small table and chairs

The kitchen contains an oven, hob, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. It is fully stocked with all the amenities that you need for your stay.

The bedroom contains a small double bed with views over the back garden. A travel cot is available on request (we do NOT supply bedding for the travel cot).

Neighborhood

Moseley is a suburb of South Birmingham, 3 miles (5kms) South of the City Centre. The area is a popular cosmopolitan residential location and leisure destination, with a number of bars and restaurants. The area also has a number of boutiques and other independent retailers.

Birmingham City Centre is a 20 minute drive away or you can use the local public transport for easy access. Birmingham is the second-largest city in the United Kingdom and has a large selection of bars, restaurants and shops.
Close by is Edgbaston Cricket Grounds and Cannon Hill Park.
Also close by is Birmingham University and Queen Elizabeth Hospitals.

Access

There is space on the driveway in front of the property for parking which you are welcome to use. If this is taken up by other guests there is unrestricted parking available on the road.

The property is self check in using the key box outside the property and you will have the whole apartment to yourself for the duration of your stay. You won’t be sharing with anyone. The only shared space is a shared garden

PLEASE NOTE: There will be scaffolding on the front of the property until further notice and we would ask that you park on the street rather than in front of the property during this time. Thank you.
