Summary
Cwmparc Cottage is a cosy 3 bedroom cottage located in a friendly neighbourhood and recently refurbished; perfect for a holiday home or contractor’s accommodation. Treorchy High Street is approximately a 20 minute walk away with some quaint independent shops and lovely local cuisine for you to try! There are some great walks in the surrounding area for your four legged friends. On street parking is free.
Space
Guests have the entire house for the duration of the stay. The accommodation provides a lounge diner with comfortable sofa and a smart TV, fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster etc. A downstairs bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. A high chair and travel cot (we do NOT supply the bedding for the travel cot} are available.
Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, a king size bed in bedroom 1, a double bed in bedroom 2 and a single bed in bedroom 3.
Out the back is a garden with a raised decking area giving you lovely views of the mountains while you soak up the Welsh sunshine.
We are pet friendly and wifi is included.
Neighborhood
The ideal location for Family Holidays, mountain bikers and hikers. Cwmparc is a sleepy little village in the district of Treorchy in the Rhondda Valley Wales. A short 20 minute walk and you will find the award winning Treorchy High Street which contains shops, cafes and restaurants. The Park and Dare theatre includes music, comedy, drama and community events as well as cinema screenings.
Cwmparc Cottage is the perfect location to explore the Rhondda Valley and beautiful surrounding Welsh countryside with stunning scenery including walks and waterfalls. Popular with mountain bikers and hikers, the Afan Forest Park is approximately 10 miles away to the west and the Brecon Beacons 10 miles to the North. Treorchy Train Station is a 15 minute walk away.
Zip World Tower, the fastest sit-down zip wire in the world!, is just a 20 minute drive away. The Brecon Beacons are a short drive further North.
Access
There is unrestricted on street parking. The property is self check in using key box outside the property. You will receive a code with 48 hours of your check in date. You will have the whole property to yourself for the duration of your stay. You won’t be sharing with any
