The main lounge/dining area has patio doors leading to the large enclosed rear garden which contains two patio areas and furniture for alfresco dining. There is a downstairs cloakroom. A smaller snug type room also contains a sofa bed. There is a fully equipped fitted kitchen which contains a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and integrated fridge freezer. toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery and pots and pans. There is a double oven of which the top oven is also a microwave.

Upstairs there is a family bathroom which has a bath and separate shower cubicle with toiletries provided.

Bedroom 1 is a large double overlooking the front of the property.
Bedroom 2 is a large double with sea views and an en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 3 is a large double overlooking the garden.
Bedroom 4 is a large twin room.

All rooms have hotel quality bedding and towels provided. Hairdryer, Iron and Ironing board are provided. There is a travel cot (bedding NOT supplied) stored in the cupboard in the bathroom. Also a highchair stored in the kitchen.

Transit

Plymouth Railway and Bus Stations are approximately 25 minutes away.

Please note this property is in a residential area so please be respectful of neighbours. Please use the driveway for as many cars as possible. No pets allowed.

The property is self check in using the key box outside the property. You will receive a code within 48 hours of your check in date. You will have the whole property to yourself for the duration of your stay. You wont be sharing with anyone.
