A freshly refurbished 3 bed cottage located on a lovely peaceful road just a short walk from the Treorchy High Street. Perfect for larger groups up to 5 people. Located in the heart of the Rhondda Fawr Valley, it is the perfect base for families, bikers, tourists or contractors with secure bike storage and unrestricted road parking.
Space
Guests have the entire house for the duration of the stay. The accommodation provides a large open living area with dining table, comfortable sofa and smart tv. The fully equipped kitchen contains a full-size fridge freezer, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster and the all-important coffee machine etc. A Highchair is available on request. There is a newly fitted downstairs bathroom suite including a bath and over bath shower. Perfect for larger groups up to 5 people
Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms which can sleep up to five guests. A double bed in bedroom 1, two single beds in bedroom 2 and a single bed in bedroom 3.
Outdoors you will find a large garden with artificial lawn which is perfect to relax and soak up the sun. At the back of the house there are two secure storage spaces for bikes. There is rear access to the garden and bike storage through a secure wooden gate which leads to a gravel path.

Neighborhood
The house is located in a very friendly neighbourhood, the perfect base for everything the Rhondda valley has to offer. A short walk away you will find the lovely Treorchy High Street which has won the title of the Best High Street in the UK.
We are only a few miles from the Zip World and in the local area there are great walks for you and your four legged friends.
If you want to explore further afield you can reach the stunning Brecon Beacons a short drive away, or travel over to the next valley where the Afan Forest awaits.
Access
There is unrestricted on street parking and the house is available for self check in from 4pm using the key box outside the property. You will receive a code within 48 hours of your check in date. You will have the whole property to yourself for the duration of your stay. You won’t be sharing with anyone.
