A fully serviced apartment providing everything you need for your stay; perfect for a holiday home or contractor’s accommodation. Situated on the ground floor, it is suitable for individuals, couples, professionals or contractors for long or short stays. We are pet and child friendly with direct access to a large shared garden and decking area through the patio doors. A travel cot is available on request (we do NOT provide bedding for the travel cot).
An ideal location with plenty of local cafes, restaurants and bars on the local high street approximately a ten minute walk away. Birmingham is just a 20 minute drive away.

Space
Ruby Suite is a 1 bedroom apartment which sleeps up to 3 guests on the ground floor of the building giving you easy access and providing you everything you need for your stay.
You have your own shower room with hand wash basin and toilet.
The open plan living area contains a sofa bed (bedding stored in the bedroom cupboard), television and small table and chairs
The kitchen contains an oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. It is fully stocked with all the amenities that you need for your stay.
The bedroom contains a SMALL double bed and an en-suite WC. A travel cot is available on request (we do NOT provide bedding for the travel cot).

Neighborhood
Moseley is a suburb of South Birmingham, 3 miles (5kms) South of the City Centre. The area is a popular cosmopolitan residential location and leisure destination, with a number of bars and restaurants. The area also has a number of boutiques and other independent retailers.
Birmingham City Centre is a 20 minute drive away or you can use the local public transportation for easy access. Birmingham is the second-largest city in the United Kingdom and has a large selection of bars, restaurants and shops.
Close by is Edgbaston Cricket Ground and Cannon Hill.
Access to Birmingham University and Queen Elizabeth Hospitals.

There is space on the driveway in front of the property for parking which you are welcome to use. If this is taken up by other guests there is unrestricted parking available on the road.
The property is self check in using the key box outside the property and you will have the whole apartment to yourself for the duration of your stay. You won’t be sharing with anyone. The only shared space is a shared garden
